Foyer Booth: $10,000
Ballroom Booth: $7,500
The purchase of a 2 x 3 meter booth includes the following:
- One 2’ x 6’ table, two chairs, one electrical outlet
- Registration for two representatives per booth
- Mobile App listing (If submitted by June 30, 2025)
- A Pre-Registration list of attendees who opt-in to have their data shared.

2 complimentary representatives per booth Additional badges: $300 each
All company representatives must register as exhibitors and show picture ID and proof of affiliation (business card, etc.) when registering. Exhibitors are welcome to participate in the Welcome Reception, daily breakfasts, and scientific sessions unless rooms are overcrowded.
