Themed Afternoon Beverage Breaks: Friday and Saturday
Take a break from the meeting to enjoy a special beverage with colleagues. Our themed beverage breaks will add some fun to your afternoons during NASS 2025.
Exhibit Hall 'Fun for All'
The center of innovation will also be the center for fun, where attendees can gather for a wide range of 40th Anniversary fun activities. Try your competitive skills against colleagues on the pickleball court, tee off and hit the links on the mobile golf simulator, or try your luck on the 40’ longest putt option. Take a break and get re-energized at the oxygen bar or explore new health and energy options at the vitamin patch bar. Learn about the fascinating Colorado Birds of Prey at a demo on Friday. Enjoy heartwarming interactions with our furry friends during the stress relieving Puppy Playtime on Saturday.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle and recharge in a calm, quiet space. Enjoy comfortable seating, soft lighting, coloring activities, and sensory gadgets designed to help you relax and refocus. Located in Bluebird Ballroom 2E.

Off-Site Events and Activities
Presidential Soiree
The Presidential Reception rises to a whole new level of fun with an 80s cover band, strolling impersonator and mentalist along with elevated food and beverage offerings. Although traditionally invite-only, NASS will offer a limited number ticketed option for meeting attendees/exhibitors.
Ticketed Tours of Fun Local Activities
Denver Brewery Buzz: Friday, November 14, 7:00-10:00 p.m.
Enjoy a 2.5 hour guided walking brewery tour. Visit up to (4) breweries, 10+ 4 oz samples of beer, light bites, complimentary souvenir sample glass and guided tour of RiNo's street art. Limited number of slots are available.
Must be 21 years or older, with valid ID, to consume alcohol.
- 6:30 p.m. Guests meet at the Colorado Convention Center (CCC) near the Visitors Desk.
- 6:45 p.m. Depart for the first brewery
- 7:00-9:30 p.m. Walking brewery tour
- 10:00 p.m. Staff to walk guests back to the CCC
Meeting Location: Colorado Convention Center (CCC) near the Visitors Desk (14th Street Entrance & the Blue Bear). Look for Access staff in red shirt holding signage for the tour name. Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.
Attire: Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a jacket.
Transportation: Shuttle service will be provided throughout the tour. There may be certain segments where the group will walk between destinations.
Required For Admittance: NASS 2025 meeting badge or registration confirmation.
Walking Ghost Tour: Saturday, November 15, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Walk along the shady tree-lined sidewalks of Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, enjoy the fresh air, and learn about Denver’s colorful, and often scandalous past. This tour is sure to convince even the most skeptical of ghost critics. Not only will you be in Denver’s most beautiful and historic neighborhood, but you will also learn about the history of the area, and the inhabitants who once lived in the haunted mansions. Limited number of slots are available.
Must be 18 years or older for the tour and 21 years or older to purchase alcohol (Guests on own for alcohol purchases), with a valid ID.
- 5:45 p.m. Guests meet at the Colorado Convention Center (CCC) near the Visitors Desk.
- 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Walking ghost tour
- 7:30 p.m. Tour ends at Celtic on Market (1400 Market Street). Staff to walk guests back to the CCC.
Meeting Location: Colorado Convention Center (CCC) near the Visitors Desk (14th Street Entrance & the Blue Bear). Look for Access staff in red shirt holding signage for the tour name. Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.

Tickets to the Denver Brewery Buzz, Walking Ghost Tour and Presidential Soiree are an additional fee and must be purchased separately during the registration process. Onsite tickets for these functions may be limited and are subject to availability. For safety and security purposes, all attendees and guests must be registered for NASS 2025 to attend social events.
